Green Bag (small square motif)






Chain 9, form a ring


Row 1.: 24dc in the ring, end w/ sl st.


Row 2.: ch 1, sc in the same st, ch 4, skip 2 dc, * sc in next dc, ch 4, skip 2 dc*,  repeat *to* 6 times, end w/ sl st in top of 1st sc. (8 sps)


Row 3.: ch 1, *sc-ch3-6dc-ch3-sc in next 4ch sp*,  repeat *to* 8 times, end w/sl st in top of 1st sc (8 petals)


Row 4.: Drop the thread, skip sc and 3ch,


insert hook in 1st dc and in dropped thread, 


yo, ch 1, sc in the same st, ch 4, skip 4 dc, sc in next dc,

 *ch4, skip 3ch-sc-sc-3ch, sc in next dc, ch4, skip 4dc, sc in next dc*,  repeat*to* 7 times, ch1, dc in top of 1st sc. (16 sps)




Row 5.: ch1, sc in the same sp, sc in next sp, ch 4, sc in next sp, ch 4, dc-ch3-dc in next sp, * ch4, sc in next sp, ch 4, sc in next sp, ch 4, sc in next sp, ch4, dc-ch3-dc in next sp*,  repeat*to* 2 more times, end w/ ch 1, dc in 1st sc.(20 sps)


Row 6.: Repeat row 5 but having 24 sps


Row 7.: Repeat row 5 but having 28 sps



Edging:

Row 1.: Attach thread in any joined corner of two motif.

Row 2.: Ch1, sc in the same st, *ch3, sc in the next 4ch sp, *repeat *to* around, end w/ sl st in top of sc.

Row 3.: Ch2, *3 hdc in the next 3 ch sp, hdc in next sc,*  repeat *to* around, end w/ sl st in top of 2nd ch of beg ch2.

Row 4.: ch1, sc in the same st, ch3, 2dc in the same st, skip 2 hdc, sc in the next hdc, *ch3, 2dc in the same st, sc in the next hdc*  repeat *to* around, end w/ sl st in 1st sc. cut off.


Handle:


Stitch Guide:
FPdc (Front Post dc): YO, insert hook from fron to back to front around post of dc, YO and draw up a lp, (YO and draw through 2 lps on hook) twice: FPDC made.


Row 1.: From the corner wrong side, skip 25 hdc in row 3 of edging, attach thread in the next hdc, ch3 (consider as 1st dc) , dc in each of next 4hdc (5 dc)


Row 2.: ch3, turn, FPdc in each dc remain.

Row 3-57.: repeat row 2. 


Row 58.: skip 23 hdc, ch1, sl st in dc of handle and hdc of the bag together, sl st in remaining sts.
